We are super excited about having the fitness movement take place here in the UAE. Now there is another reason to workout and live a healthier life, and this challenge is set to be truly awesome. There will be a weekly prize give away plus a main prize of AED 10,000 cash.

You will be tested on the basic fundamentals of fitness (bodyweight squats, push-ups, lunges, planks, etc.) and will not have to do any technical movements like muscle ups, gymnastics, or Olympic weight lifting.

You can enter as an individual or as a team of 2. Team combinations can be male/male, male/female or female/female. Individuals and teams can enter in the following categories:
