Nothing is better than the feeling you get when you are running. In these minutes on the track, you are able to put the world on pause and lose yourself in your workout. No matter if you are in a group or running on your own, you will want to make sure that you have the right clothes to maximize your experience.

Running Clothes Fashion For men:

Tops (shirts and Singlets)

When you are out running, you will want to make sure that you wear synthetic materials to ensure that sweat does not cling to the material and make you more heated. Major brands such as Nike and Adidas have specially designed Climacool technologies that wick the sweat away from you and keep you cool while running. If you’re out doing long distance runs a shirt or singlet works well. For shorter distance running and sprinting, we like to use compression tops and singlets. Bright colors are the name of the running game this year so make a statement and go bold with your color.

You can’t beat Nike and Adidad for running tops. They have a great range that both look and feel great. Although it’s can also be cool to try Reebok or 2XU for compression tops.

What Should I Pay?
Tops range dramatically in price from about AED 115 for a basic Adidas running T-shirt to AED 150 for Under Armour Compression T-shirts to AED 250 for Nike Dri Fit or Adidas Chill tech t-shirts.

Bottoms (shorts, pants, tights, compression pants)

Similar to your tops, you will want to use synthetic materials in order to keep the sweat off of you. If you’re running for distance you want to go for shorts that are well below knee height. Generally, you would want to wear lighter colors to help reflect sun-rays for running during the day and reflect car/street lights at night time for better visibility. We’re really loving the duo-lined pants that have the compression tights on the inside with the loose fitting running shorts on the outside. For sprint work you can't go past compression pants under some short-shorts.

This is probably the most important item of your running outfit. When you are running, you want to make sure that you have a high quality running shoe. Things to take into account include arch support, cushioning, look, material and soul. Running shoes have come a long way and you can find some very cool looks – Especially keep an eye Nike.

For pure running comfort, power and support you can't beat Asics. However, they’re not the sexiest shoe on the market, so if you’re going for looks try out the Nike Fly knit line – they’re light weight and supportive.

You might want to look at some of the various equipment that are specially designed for running. There are gadgets out there that help you keep track of your progress, heart rate, or calories burned. One of our favorites is Fitbit. You might also want to invest in sunglasses that can stay on while you are running – prices vary so it depends on what you’re looking for.
